FAQs
Our bell tents are set up for 2 adults sharing a double bed with some space to relax inside with casual chairs etc. We can also arrange 2 additional children’s floor beds to go into the tents. There is a one-off fee per child which would be added to the total cost for your stay.
We do not have any cots for infants, but let us know if you would like to bring one of your own and we can arrange to remove some furniture to accommodate this.
Check in is any time from 3pm and check out is 10am. If you have requests outside of this, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please be patient with us if we’ve not quite finished changeover by 3pm! If there is only one of us, it can be quite a challenge to finish all of the tents to the standard we want, but we’d rather keep check-in at 3pm not later so usually you get more time to enjoy the site. We provide chairs and tables outside the tents and by the kitchenette so you can still come in and enjoy the view whilst we finish off!
Each bell tent has a parking space assigned in our car park less than 100m from the bell tents. Please use the space signposted with the name of your bell tent. If you have a particularly large car or are bringing more than one, please let us know in advance so arrangements can be made.
No, unfortunately at this time we don’t allow dogs on site to ensure those with allergies don’t suffer.

The beach itself offers everything from family friendly sand-castles and ice creams, to wide-open stretches of shoreline bordered by wild sand dunes.
A local ale brewery in the heart of Southwold since 1872, Adnams has completely modernised and diversified into a vibrant brand centred around locality and sustainability.
Southwold is our nearest beach – just 7 minutes and you’re at the pier! Go north for cliff walks or south to the family-friendly sandy beach for sunbathing, beach huts and ice creams.
